Free House Plan & Construction Consultation
In A Pickle? Help Me Get Out Of This Mess!
I once had a contractor call me with an unusual design problem. He had poured a foundation for a spec house and then realized he didn't like the design of the house he had originally chose to build. To make it all the more difficult, it wasn't a simple rectangular layout, but had numerous jogs, ins and outs. Do not try this at home! The further you are into the process the harder it is to change any one element, the longer you hold onto pieces and parts that don't work the harder it is to get loose of them.
